As some of you know I run a photography business and just moved to New Hampshire. I am trying to market my business and come up with ideas to make money. I just came from a meeting with a business group and they told me about the Laconia Bike Week. http://www.laconiamcweek.com/ We thought it would be good way to drum up some business or just take pictures of bikers and sell them. I saw they already have a corporate sponser photographer but he looks like he does the events and does not sell to individual bikers. I am going to contact the big Harley Davidson dealership and see if they are looking for someone. http://www.meredith-hd.com/ I am looking for ideas on how to sell the pictures of the people I take. For example (Do I take a picture and then post it on the web and have people order their picture there?). Do you think most bikers would have web access? Any suggestions on what to do?

I figure asking people who are not photographers helps me get ideas that I wouldnt think of.

I think first you would need a release from the rider and maybe their sponsors, for commercial uses.

Seriously, I just don't see bikers as being interested in getting their pics snapped. Sorry friend.
