We bush masters like to say any bush is a good bush if you can give it a good shaking and as long as it's not producing pus. Those bushes we prefer to avoid like the plague. Which of course they carry.

There are many snakes that prefer to make there homes in various kinds of bushes. The Fetisiilius for example likes to make it's home in bushes the have lots of leaves, a bushy bush if you will. The Constaneructus loves the bushes so much that's where spends most of his time. Some snakes are rather strange and prefer to make there homes in a pseudo bush, the Analitius or the back door bush.

I recommend growing your own bush and practicing on that. Careful around the root of the bush as a injury here could permanently cripple your bush. Or if your lucky find a friend who as a bush and ask to practice on theirs.

That depends on what you have in your hand. If is a bush and two more bushes are available try watering the bush with alcohol and then see if you can get all three in your hand. When in doubt just try to get yourself in any bush and not in your hand.

When landscaping, try not to plant your bushes too close to the house, the wife may not want them there. Bushes should be kept a discreet distance from the house, also don't keep them to close to each other. icon_cool.gif

Red bumps are common when trimming your bush. It the green ones you have to worry about. The best solutions to the red bumps plant another bush on top of the one you just trimmed.

Are all bushes edible?
the_burner
Depends if they are well travelled or have a bug problem. May vary by foliage and leaf pattern. Check your local garden supply store/local nursery for more details.

Very good advice Goofproof! Do you recommend taking something for the pain before or after this procedure? Possibly morphene?

Tell the bush proprietor how much you love them, sing their praises and make sure that the bush it thoroughly taken care of in all the proper ways: feeding, watering, attention and post bush cuddling. Most important.
