Thanks Felix. After serving 22 years, I still have the upmost respect for our armed forces.

Ditto - having served 10 years in support of a few skirmishes myself.

Here's to hoping that some others will take the time to honor our military (for more than just a couple of choice days a year) if nothing, by not crapping all over everything they've done or tried to do - as ordered by the people appointed to command them.

Yes, it is more then a one day affair. tp bad peoples opinion change at each news article. Good Job for all those that have served and continue to serve. And good job for all those families that have to sacrifice time away from loved ones.

Thanks, to all who have served. I know it's not easy worrying about the bad guys, the media and public opinion, as mis-guided as it is. I hope you can all be safe in your jobs, and I am thankful to your families for enduring the hardship of separation.

To the Americans that have served and still served: Thanks to your efforts, sacrifices, dedication and honor we have free countries around the world, husband reunitied with families, dictators deposed and democracy restored. This is your day and your honor. You deserve every credit and honor we can and ever will give you and it will never be enough. Thanks also to the great families that support their husbands and wives who sacrifice so much to keep the rest of us from laboring under the twin yokes of tyranny and opression. Bless you always.
