Mister 4x4
When I see that, I think of a song by The Fixx from the '80s. And of all things, the other night (May 13th, 2004) when I was listening to that very song on Winamp around sundown, I noticed that the ambient light coming from the window was getting brighter and turning yellow and the outside temp dropped 15 degrees in 5 minutes. What the Hell?

So, I went outside and saw some really cool stuff. Then I went back in and grabbed my camera, then went back outside and took this picture (which was resized and cleaned up thanks to my crappy camera):

Now normally, when I see stuff like that, I think, "Cool!" But the last time I saw a sky like that, I had to file an insurance claim for right around $26K for hail damage to 3 cars, my roof, 2 broken skylights, a shed and a fence (got lucky on the fence).

I was mad because I had the camera on the 'indoor/close-up' setting, and not the 'outdoor/infinite' setting.

Cheap Pentax EI-100 1.23 megapixel camera anyway.

I just wish my Canon TL-B 35mm had some way of converting to digital - now THAT'S a camera.

I guess I'll just hafta save up for a Canon Digital Rebel.
