Ingredients:
4 tbsp. Soya sauce
4 tbsp. tomato paste or puree
11/2 tbsp. hot pepper flakes (or desired to taste)
4 tbsp. sugar (or less)
1/2 cup ground peanuts
1/2 cup oil (light or olive)
4 large cloves garlic chopped
1 lb. boneless chicken chopped in chunks
1 square firm tofu
8-10 large tiger shrimp
4 beaten eggs (2 is usually enough)
4 cups bean sprouts
4 cups green onions (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
Method:
Cook & cool noodles (follow cooking instructions on package)
Mix 5 ingredients (Soya to sugar)
In a wok on 'HI' brown the garlic in oil then add chicken/tofu/shrimp sauté until lightly browned.
ADD SHRIMP AT END
Add noodles, sauce & peanuts and cook for 3 minutes. Add a bit at a time so it doesn't clump.
Add the rest of ingredients----cook 2 minutes
