SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Two San Francisco police officers have come under investigation after their departments discovered they had starred in a pornographic movie entitled "Bus Stop Whores" that is circulating on the Internet.
The officers, Kelly Francisco of the San Francisco Sheriff's Department and Darryl Watts of the city's police department, play a prostitute and a john in the film, whose teaser is, "These girls won't ride a bus today!" according to local news reports.

The two are being investigated for any violations of criminal law or administrative rules, but have not faced disciplinary action, department representatives said on Wednesday.

Watts has been taken off patrol duty and reassigned to an administrative position pending the outcome of the investigation, said Maria Oropeza, an SFPD spokeswoman. Francisco continues to work as an institutional officer at San Francisco General Hospital, said Sheriff's Department chief of staff Eileen Hirst.

Attempts to reach the two officers for comment were unsuccessful.

Because where I live the only law they enforce is the seat belt law, and if it wasn't the leading tax in the U.S. they wouldn't enforce it either.

They got me at 3 A.M. in town while stopped at a stop light from a ambush at a donut shop. (7-11)

I used to have respect for the law, no more, they are worse than the criminals in general. This is not a personal attack but tickets are written for quota. (Greed). I live in a county with the highest number of Meth Labs in the state but they are safe as long as their seat belts.

BTW: While getting my ticket for my crime, the policeman got a thrill, I had my Walther PPK .038 Auto on the front seat. He actually got to hold a pistol out of the holster, when he went to the car to run me. (I have a carry permit)

I am sure some police are respectable, but most are just tax collectors or worse.

I would not say that about Coz though GP. He's prior Security Forces from the Air Force, and is an honest person.

I did not include Cos in my general remarks, I also don't have a problem with the Indiana State police for the most part, I am 100% against mandatory seat belt enforcement, when they arrest me for speeding, I realize I've earned it and pay up with teeth grinding. I installed seat belts in my car in 1962, and they saved my life. (2 men tried to take me from my car but I was tied down, I ran both of them down with the car, they were bruised but not hurt.) They were going to steal my car, but it didn't work out for them.

I'm for freedom to live my own life as I see fit as long as it's me I harm. I don't require Big Brother to make laws to impede my right to be a fool.

So no hard feeling Cos my remarks aren't aimed at you in any way.

Jobs are just jobs, If we don't like doing what we do it's time to find something we like, not change how people who aren't hurting any one else from living their own lives. Big Brother doesn't have the right to run every aspect of our lives.

I never liked being soaked with oil and fuel or having to load Explosives every night for a year and a half. I lived with it because it came with the job. I Haven't had many jobs that didn't have a down side, it's call life, deal with it!

We just have to make sure whatever we do we do it the best way we can, sometimes there is no room for error, that is why I am Goofproof. cocky.gif

folks who don't wear seatbelts can and do become missiles- harming others in the process.

On a purely financial bent, they cause insurance rates to go up.

What was your argument, again?

The last time an argument like this was brought up in a different forum, which a couple of you have come from there to here, all hell broke loose.

I tried to reply in a nice way and it just kept escalating and escalating until members ended up quiting in disghust (be it for or against).

I am simply going to turn the other cheek here on this one. Even though it's against my better judgement to do so.

Chill - it was meant as levity on my part... I find it hilarious that these cops were making pornos! I think the majority of us have the utmost respect for the police.

I dont care about the Subject Post. Unfortunately, there will always be bad cops, just like there are crooked politicians.

Just the whole debate about "cops are no good" or "cops are just "income gatherers with a badge" or "cops have quotas" or any of the other 3000 million mis-conceptions about police officers is what I am "turning the other cheek to".

Some of you, your only contact w/ the Police is when they pull you over for speeding or seatbelts. You should be thankful. Because if you really need us, you probably are in a world of hurt and I really don't want to see anyone in that situation.

So, lambast away w/ the offending comments..... I am simply turning the other cheek.

Other than when I've been pulled over for suspected drunk driving (I hadn't been, I was just tired) and sent home, the ONLY times I've dealt with police officers have been good things.

Please, arrest the man in the other car who has been tailgating me for several miles on the freeway late at night in the middle of nowhere!

Please, take the report at the two accidents my mother has been involved in (one of which put her in the hospital) and help protect us from the belligerent other driver who was at fault!

Please, not only take a report, but comfort me when I hit a deer and am all alone on the side of the road at 3am crying hysterically.

Please, be a very well-established presence at our Festivals, parades, Labour Day gatherings, and other celebrations, to keep the peace and provide education to children!

I'd just like to say thank you, to darn near all police officers, for doing a thankless, dangerous job for what amounts to virtually no compensation. ("darn near all", because there are those few bad cops, and them I don't thank for anything)

And I would like to see the video, too.... icon_lol.gif

I've had almost the exact same conversation, with the added insult that it took them 10 days to get me a crime number.

Another time I took the wife's car to the local police HQ with a partial reg number of the car that had hit it in the street, and the colour of the offender's paint still on her wing. They wouldn't even look up the possibilities in case they made a match.

WTF am I paying taxes for?

I know where the major part of the blame lies though: lying sh!tty politicians and senior police officers, all more concerned with career advancement and generating cash than serving the public. The rank and file have to face the backlash though.

I Had a break in here 10 years ago, They got $1,000 worth of stuff, including a Mossburg 12Ga assault Shotgun (pistol grip 18 1/2 in pump W/heat shield and a 100 CH handheld Scanner add a ski mask and your in the liquor store business.)

Every year the local police send me a form asking if I got my shotgun back???? Not much chance of me getting it back, it didn't have seat belts or a box of donuts attached to it. If the police had recovered it it would be part of the finders private stash.

I have a new Mossberg set up to replace it had to settle for a 20 inch barrel, but it holds 6 shells, I no longer have to work nights. I am hoping they will come back for a second try. I will call the police to take the bodies away.

My main gripe with the seat belt law, 99% of my driving it under 35 MPH, I don't street race anymore like I used to as a kid, I grew up. I have to get in and out of the car 8 times a day. I have a better chance to being hit by lightning and winning the state lotto the same day than being killed in the city proper where the seat belt tax is mainly enforced. I have been in 2 wrecks as a kid that totaled both cars, no seat belts, never even got bruised bad. If I was running at highway speeds I don't have a problem with using belts.

It's just the idea that it about collecting money (fines), (taxes), It's not about drunks or drug users, the main cause of accidents. They are not targeted because is easier to make the fine quota, and its safer to stop a poor seat belt offender than stop someone that may be breaking a real law.

As far as Seat Belts use reducing car insurance, I didn't get my check must have got lost in the mail. The cost of repairing newer cars due to Air Bag replacements and safety bumpers and the fact that your car has to be more comfortable than your home allowed the insurance companies to squeeze us into the poor house.

What the Insurance companies charge has nothing to do with what they charge the driver. They charge us whatever they can get by with, always have always will. Economics 101.
