Okay peeps, give it up - what's your favorite dish and how do you make it?

Its fathers day , got me some baby back ribs in the smoker for 4 hrs now , coleslaw , blackeyed peas and cornbread! Peach pie for desert.

We did baby back ribs today too with london broil and shell steaks, coleslaw and corn on the cob. For desert: blueberries and cream and watermelon.

OK-OK , remove the membrane from the bone side and rub in well hot hungarian hot paprika and black pepper. put in smoker at 200-250 for 4-5 hrs , longer the better.

slober on your faveriot sauce and finish up over the coals.
I use maple wood.
