I called everyone in this hick town and all the people I called said there is no trailer hitch for a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I went on the net and in five minutes found a nice class I hitch made by Reese. See link here. Now I am looking for a small trailer to put his Kawasaki Ninja 250 on. The wheelbase is only 55 in but the length from fender to fender is 80.1 in. Can I get this on a 4x6 trailer? I was thinking of welding a nice u shaped rail for the wheels to roll up into. The back fender might hand out a bit but it would be firmly strapped down. They make a 4x8 trailer but I didn't want to have to get a trailer that was too big. What say you peeps?

Thanks Bull , but those are way too expensive. I'm lloking for something a bit cheaper ( like $300-$500 range)

Harbor Freight has a 4X8 trailer for about $300 that would do just fine.

Now that's what I'm talking about. This trailer combined with this kit should do exactly what i need. The Ninja only weighs 304 lbs. Total cost $230.00 plus shipping. Thanks BK

no problem...

plus, you don't have to depend on your welds. icon_wink.gif :brows:
