European Potato Salad

Ingredients:

4 Medium Potatoes, boiled, cubed and refrigerated overnight.
1 Hard boiled egg, chopped
1 Carrot, parboiled and cubed
10 – 12 Slices sweet pickles (Yum Yums), chopped
3 – 4 Slices onions, chopped
2 in. Kielbasa, chopped
½ cup Frozen peas, defrosted in cold water
dash pepper
3-4 tbsp. mayo


Method:

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
