Should 4peeps.com activly persue to add Techno-Garb as a "sister-site"? And add it to the 4peeps.com network?

Ghandi! They provide tweaked Asus drivers. I would really like to see tweaked Nvidia drivers as a whole.

The forums will quickly degenerate into Asus video card specific issues. I for one would never buy and ASUSTEK video board. If I buy a card, it will be something like a Gainward or the best performing cards.

I have absolutly no interest in ASUS NVidia cards or tweaked drivers. I think I would visit far less if there were a massive influx of users posting about subjects I have no interests in. I find the reference drivers from NVidia the absolute best by far anyway.

If you really want it ~sid~.. go for it. I just hope you are up to the challenge as far as maintainence goes.

Well... we all have our opinions about this, personally id say keep the site as it is unless we have a shure shot to make it 100% better, if thats possible.. i dont think we should adapt/adopt any body elses stuff for right now, just keep them on the listings for associated sites.. but if this forum turns into a vid card forum by ASUS, the best MoBo maker, but they ARE by far not the best G-Card makers... any ways... theres my 2 cents..

I am 100% with Mandark on this including would never buy Asustek card only something like Gainward.


The forums would get flooded with un answerable questions all related to Asus cards.


John Carmak loves the Nvidea det drivers, I love the Nivdea det drivers.

I would never buy Asus eather , but it brought lots of peeps.

Lots of people does not a successful site make... Its the loyalty of the people who come to the site... Not the numbers.. if I remember properly.. there were very few guys back on MR that wouldn't do anything but post one problem in the TG forum, and then have nothing else to do with the site... So just my two cents.. if you are going to do it.. you should open up TG to all the Det drivers, and possibly have a site where all the drivers are available... (If it's possible)

Cus I thought we all talked about the file thing before... And that they were to high of a bandwidth eater.....

we would be looking at not concentrating on just ASUS dets...but move into tweaked dets as a whole, and other videocard issues...

also, the TG part of the forums, would itself, be seperate, and would not deter anyone from posting in the rest of the forum as a whole...

People- only good things would come if we were to help brandon out.

I think we should be positiive- it will bring new people to the forums, it will bring hits to the site and other aspects of the site that perhaps wouldnt have got them before.

It will get us more well know amongst the community- i remember brandon once posting a screeny of phpnukes html refers page- he was getting linked by asus!
