ARMSTRONG READY TO BATTLE FOR FOURTH CONSECUTIVE TOUR TITLE.
American Lance Armstrong of the US Postal squad will embark on a quest for his fourth consecutive victory in the Tour de France on Saturday July 6th. Armstrong will battle some 188 other riders from around the world in the 21-day, 3272-km race--the shortest Tour since 1905.
Among Armstrong's expected challengers are fellow Americans and former USPS teammates Levi Leipheimer riding for the Dutch Rabobank team and Tyler Hamilton of the Danish outfit CSC-Tiscali. Absent this year due to a knee injury is Armstrong's biggest challenger in the last two editions of the Tour, Jan Ullrich (Deutsche Telekom).
The action starts on July 6th at 10AM EST/7AM PST. Tune into Bicycling.com for minute-by-minute updates.

who cares about cycling these days anyway. as it seems, all of them are on dope and the cycling federation ain't doing jack sh*t about it.
they need to do something drastic to regain the trust in the sport. as it is now, anyone who cycles good is more or less believed to be on dope...
