Does anyone use/know of any good flat panels, by good i mean good for games... no ghosting...

NEC makes some nice ones...

but your looking at paying big $$$ now, as there is a shortage of screens...

they are getting nice, but some still find them too bright, and alot of users report eye strain after a few hours...

the shortage is almost over (more fabs coming online)
And if it's too bright, there is a little knob marked "Brightness" icon_rolleyes.gif (what will they think of next!) and a few hours of staring at anything (even porn!! icon_cry.gif) will strain your eyes, take a break!

No flat panels are good enough for games yet, if you want perfection.

They are not fast enough at up dating the picture even the fastest ones.

There will be ghosting on all flat panels at the moment until the technology is a lot better.

Flat panels are too expensive I think. I'd rather pay $400 for a 21" CRT than the same amount for a 17" flat panel.

no room for a 21" monster icon_redface.gif

Bottom line is a lot of games running on todays vid cards dont run well at the LCDs natural screen resolution of 1280x1024.
Most of the experts will tell you to stay away from LCDs if you do a lot of gamin.
