ive got a 1.3 duron and i o/c it to 1.5 runs sweet but locks up after about 10min of cs but doesnt lock up on anything else

and i use a program that uses 100% cou and doesnt lock up on that very interesting aint it

Maybe it's not the CPU that's causing CS to crash. What memory settings are you using and have you run memtest86 or something similar to check your RAM?

ok thats a lie now lol it wasnt jsut cs that was early stages of my diagnosis

i ahve found the sweet spot its at 1.47ghz hasnt crashed once im very happy with my el cheapo cpu

My duron o/c'ed well, I've got a 900 running at 1.01GHz
