Yes its a complete rip of XP, it shows they have no idea's no there own they have to copy some one else's.
That resembles XP so much including the icons that MS probably will do something about it.

it DOES look a little TOO much like XP, even to justify the argument that users are stupid and only go by the cover, doesn't it? 
What about copywrite laws ?
are the icons copied straight off or just granted an 'XP look'? if the latter is true, then this lunix distro is hardly the only software to jump on the XP look train this last year...
they are the first OS to do so, however. which might count as something i suppose
