For a 2 lb loaf:

1 egg, room temperature plus enough water at 80F to equal 1 1/4 cups.

3 TBL spoons oil

1/4 cup dark molasses

2 tsp salt

3 TBL spoons cracked wheat

1/3 cup wheat bran

1/3 cup wheat germ

2 cups whole wheat flour

2 cups bread flour

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
