Df. .... bull, lately you have posted different areas of the Fire Department e.g., pulling people from crushed cars was one of them. Was curious if there was a cutting devise that did not do sparks-which could set off gasoline, e.g., a hand cutter, that used water to cool off the blade, and did away with hot burning sparks.
