Smoked Salmon Pate

Ingredients:

7 oz. Smoked Salmon
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 tbsp. Coarsely chopped fresh dill
¼ cup Lemon Juice
Freshly ground pepper

Method:

Place the smoked salmon in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the cream cheese, dill and lemon juice. Blend and season with the pepper.
