i just looked at my teeth.. on of them has a little chip right below the gum in it =(

I got a chipped tooth right in the front, fell onto concrete when I was a little dude. Sucks

Do they have stuff that can fix this sort of thing these days?

if you have a little chip at or below gum level you better get it looked at,prime place for rot to start.

I had a large chip on my tooth after I hit it on the concrete while I was swimming one day. I've had it ground down somewhat, I did that before I got braces on my teeth. It looks good as new now. And with all the dential options now you could probably get it fixed with some enamel filling, no more need for silver or gold teeth when you can have fake enamel:)

Do like pappy says... get to a dentist PRONTO... don't wait on this one.
Yes, they have ceramic stuff that looks just like your teeth and works great. I have had many small holes (not cavities but potential) with this stuff and even a cracked front tooth permanently repaired.... no metal.
And many modern dentists use sand-blasting instead of drilling for pain free dentistry.
