PCHertz last week.
The order has been in the "processing state" since that time. I finally got fed up today and emailed them asking when, exactly will it ship?
I got a Email about 2minutes ago, saying that the product shipped yesterday and I should be recieving a Email tracking number very shortly.
The doorbell rings, I go downstairs to open it.... and the UPS guy is there with the case!
NOW HOW IS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!?!
Not only did they get the product to me in (what is now from hindsight) a great amount of time, but they got the UPS guy to show up at my door with a Email.
