Hi,
my word keeps shutting down a window would pop up and say:
"microsoft word has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience". This is the details:
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 10.0.2627.0 ModName: hpzntp07.dll
ModVer: 2.140.0.0 Offset: 00026403
I have resinstalled the software again, rebootted computer and still doesn't work. I did a virus scan from http://housecall60.trendmicro.com/en/start_corp.asp and it tells me I have the following:
1) 1 worm/Trojan horse detected - TROJ_DLOADER.CI
2) 12 spyware programs detected
3) 54 vulnerabilities detected

how do I fix all these problem? please help!
this is urgent. I really need my word back!!!!! pleease please please help! thanks!

i've seen this problem with copies of word that have an invalid product key...

see, word will run fine, until the user updates with windowsupdate, or installs some new M$ software, such as windows xp SP2...or an Office update from the web...

Hi, I already did all the updates but I am still encountering the same problem. The following msg keeps popping up:

uninstall/reinstall (or update) your HP printer drivers.....

oops, duplicate post

go to ESET (NOD32) websiteand see if you can download the worm removers. they are free for download

also, get a 30 day trial of NOD32 and do a complete, in-depth search of all hard drives.

this will really catch em all.

Run housecall again in safe mode. On the site, check Auto Clean.

a trojan will not cause word to shut down...

and i bet excel does the same thing...shuts down soon as you try to open a file, or enter data into a cell...gives you the same sort of error...

Like I said remove/re-install (or update) your HP printer drivers. The file 'hpzntp07.dll' is part of your HP printer driver.

for viruses try avg free,its descent to be free,and for spyare and adware try adware se persional editon & spybot search & destroy..also u need a firewall to keep u from getting that stuff get zone alarm free edition..its a very good firewall...,just search for that stuff on google
