as long as you registered before October 21, 2002 (for kansas anyways 15 days before election day) you can vote. if you have like a registration card your eligible.


This election actually means something folks. This election determines who has the most Govenors, and the majorities in the Senate and the House of Representatives. Just because it is not Presidential does not mean that it isn't important. Go And VOTE!
