Ok, mi name is Josie n i bought mi mp3 off of mi bruva about a week ago. ive downloaded songs onto it and everything, until suddenly it just packed up. first it turned on and turned off straight after. But then, it wuldnt turn on at all. i still av this problemoooo and its so frustratin! i jus want it 2 work! ive lost the manual so i dont kno wot to do. plug it to the comp. then format in the FAT format (not fat 32 or NTFS)

try flashing the firmware with the one on the cd you got with the mp3 player...i had the same problem once and flashing the firmware helped...I think the whole operation is explained step by step in the manual...under "Upgrading firmware" or something like that.
one more thing ...if you have a audiokey fm DO NOT INSTALL the latest version found on the packardbell site cuz it will probably screw it up...
