Just felt like sharing that I am trying to teach myself how to do MySQL and PHP coding and I don't have a damn clue.

For a little while tonight I thought I was close to getting it. I tried making a "contacts" table in SQL (which worked) I then created an input.php script (which also worked) and then I created a contact.html page which called to the input.php script (which worked, I think because I did not get one of the 30000 error messages I was getting all night long).

I then tried to get the data that I entered to display in a page. Which did not work.

I then cursed loudly and gave up.

I thought I got pretty far considering I've never even seen nor touched this stuff before.

you can DL some good ebooks...alot of step by step and walk through exercises...
