If you change Host again make sure its with a company who OWNS the servers that the sites on.

Hosting companies that do not own the hardware suck as it adds a "middle man" that is not required and makes fault finding harder.

I agree with you Jas. That does take out one level of problems and finger pointing. We'll have to see what we have for options.

You guys should check out http://www.404labs.com awesome company, prices are pretty good too considering the great tech support, fast pings etc, and most of all... the godly CPanel, 5.0

They support PHP/MySQL so no worries for 'nuke.
