Ok, I tried downloading a microsoft program off the internet.
Ever since then my computer has been actin funny,
I have gotten a few system dumps, and the blue screen of death
The blue death screen says, IRQ_xxx not enough required or somin like that
Ace says it maybe a hardware issue.
I have tired system restore and nothin works
I can't delete programs from my contronal panel add/remove software
I cannot access the internet, or my outlook express. (I'm in safe mode now)
It's running very slow. and it's addgitating me a smidge. Can anyone help me?

I don't see anything suspect there, but maybe someone else will see something I'm missing.

I don't understand it...I can't.
My computer is acting slower then ever.
and when in normal I can't get in the internet/outlook express.
The system dumps and the blue screen of death have stopped though a good thing I'm still confused...

goto start/run...and type in "msconfig".....uncheck the things you dont need...and then one by one....uncheck the boxes....once you see a change keep it off....try that and post back...you might have a conflict in software. also...in BIOS see if you have a heath status in BIOS...and check heat...and the voltage rails.

I just backed up everything I wanted and just nuked it. Did a total system format.
