Hi all,
My computer has recently aquired a problem. It's name is "click2begin". I need a free way to get rid of it. I have been searching on the internet and have found things that will get rid of it for $40.00 or so. I have cleaned my system many times with many different methods and nothing can find where it lives. I leave my computer on at all times. I came home from work yesterday and had 17 open internet pages that were either ads or blank. Any help will be appreciated. I assume it is a browser hijacker. I am running Norton System Works 2006 and Zonealarm Pro on my system. HELP! Hi Pappy, Bull, and Queen BW!

Thx, dlb1

Have you used any Spyware/Adware removers? Adaware, Spybot etc? Do you have any tool bars that can be removed? Also a virus could easily cause that problem, AVG Free commonly will pick up many virus/worms etc that Nortons won't. If you have tried that, I definetly agree with Ace thumbup1.gif

Found THIS RESOLUTION to the problem. Read through the thread and follow the instructions and post back if it doesn't work.

Peeps,

Thanks for the prompt response to my problem. I scanned my system with Adaware SE and Ewido. I am not getting redirected anymore. I am going to keep my fingers crossed for now. If I have anymore problems I will post a logfile. Thanks Again!
