Question for Coz......I am originally from Vermont so I don't know a lot of the restrictions here in NY. To my understandment, ground effect lighting for your vehicle in NY is illegal. So what I am wondering, is it legal to have the lighted valve caps on your tires of your vehicle giving me the following effect?

I believe that you can not have colors such as those reserved for emergency services on your car. U can't have anything that glows red, blue, green. U can have those ground effect lights on your vehicle provided that the vehicle isn't in motion when the lights are on, FYI.

Oh well, those tire lights only light up when the vehicle is in motion so they wouldn't do me a lot of good then parked. Thanks for the info Coz, I really don't need a ticket over a 20 dollar set of lights!!
