I need to find a working Bart PE freeware/open source plug in for rebuilding boot sector and rebuilding or repairing partition tables? anyone know of one?

With the Windows Boot CD, you can repair Boot Sectors and such. I am not sure if Bart PE (which is just MS's pre-install environment) has anything like that.

As far as partition tables, uh, only something like Partion Magic is usefull. Even then, if it is damaged with no backup, you are on your own.

I'll look around a bit but don't expect miracles.

Those links Ace posted are probably the best ones to suit your needs. You still may have to buy a licensed version of them though for them to work properly. I know I had to when I build our Corporate Bart PE rescue CD image.
