well, i now have WIN MCE, very good computer. my desktop currently looks exactly like OSX, with the icons, dock, and tab at the top....
what i wanted to do is take a high-res pic of my desk that the computer is currently on, and make it my backgound. This is no problem, but the trickey part---i wanted to make "hotspots" on this picture (my background) so open assigned tasks. ( all doing this with no icons visable on my desktop). So if i where to click on my computer cd drive on my background pic, it would open the cd drive directory, and if i where to click on my garbage can in the pic, yes thats right, it would open my recycling bin. And i could have icons on the monitor on my pic, to open common desktop icons, such as HDD and DOCUMENTS.
i have really good experiance with photoshop, and im working with flash, i also own dreamweaver, but dont have any experiance with it.----if that helps
could anyone direct me to a program which does so, or instruction from someone who thinks they could manage this
