Hi, my Mp3-player doesnt want to work anymore. when i want to start it even if i change the batteries it doesnt go on. And its even so when i connect it with my comoputer. This is the second time that this player is broken . Its from the company Iterno and the serie 8410. Thank you for your help. Kai.
PS: I need the answers fast because i have not much time, and i have to give it back at the end of this week.

I would RMA it as fast as you can...it the unit is not powering up there is a big problem...
