Do you have Norton and Bit Defender Running at the same time...Are they both AV??
Troll
Hello demps!

You have viruses & spyware on your machine...

Bit Defender is NOT working get rid of it and use Avast like pappy says...

http://www.avast.com (4Home Version)

Install this AFTER you have removed the other AV programs...

Spyware Doctor does NOT work very well either... As you can see by the list below...

Use ONLY ONE virus checker, If the Nortons is expired get rid of it as well...

Add remove BitDefender, Spyware Doctor, NAV...

Goto Trend Micro and run thier HouseCall:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_frame.asp
Run that and follow its direction for removing the viruses on your machine.

Get yourself a copy of Ad-Aware and Spybot... Install them, update them and run them... Remove all that they suggest... (With AdAware you have to right click and select all the problems then hit Next, Spy-Bot will select them for you, just hit next)

You might have to do this multiple times and possibly from Safe Mode...
Get them from:
AdAware Link
Spybot Search & Destroy Link

Running the above programs should help to get things fixed up on your machine, after you have run them (possibly a few times) post a new log and we'll have a look

Good Luck!
