hi, i recently bought a new cellphone and it came with a usb cable, but no software.. i'd really liek to know if there is a FREE software or program out there that will allow me to transfer my mp3 files to my cell phone using my usb cable. thanks in advance!

Probably just a charge cable...
But check your phone manufacturers website for your phones features and a possible download section.

You will more than likely need to get a MicroSD card to store the mp3's on. The cable will allow your PC to see the SD card as a Drive.

It depends on what phone it is that you got. There are certain phones that come with cables, but the cable is a "pict bridge" cable, only allowing you to print photos from the phone.
