Why do you need the firmware for??? Is your player malfunctioning?

i am the same persone who sent the first post. i forgot my id and pass so i created a new account please i need the firmware because when i bought the product from e-bay the persone told he will give the firmware with it.but he tricked me pls help me

Again... Why do you need the firmware? Is the player not working? Coz if it works, you risk to break it if you reflash the firmware.
