can some plzzzzzzz help me my gf baught a mp3/4 player of ebay we tried loading a new firmware on it yesterday i finally got it to go on today but they the screen went blue and it keeps flashing does anyone no how to restore it

(1) Try disconnecting the battery supply for a a minute, then reconnect and attempt to restart.
(2) Check with the manufacturer (a tech if possible) on line, for start up procedures and blue screens.

The same problems again... Damn, who puts these peeps to do firmware upgrades on gadgets that do what they're supposed to do with the factory-installed one???
