i bought a mp3 player from walgreens. the maker is audio solutions....when i plug it up the mp3 player says its connected but the computer says no device detected . Ive looked everywere for drivers and information but can't find anything.......PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

make sure your usb is turned on in bios
if so , try another usb device to see if the port is working

whats bios?......the mp3 players says it connected but when i go 2 transefer music it says no device detected

I dunno if these things work with WMP. It should appear in My Computer as a removable drive and simply drag and drop your music onto it.
