I converted a few videoclips with the program that was on the cd in the section 1.2-1.5 and everything works well in windows. With AMV player I can see the video no problem but after I put it on the Mp3Mp4 you cant see very well , I see like multiple small parts of the same video

Can someoen help me pls?

i can only guess its a resolution problem

I use the Mp3 Player Utilities 3.68 which has the program to convert videos to the speciffic file format for the player to read. (from a mini dic that came with the player and instructions)

I follow the instructions but the image is messed up on the player.
And also in the utilities there a program so you can check the converted file and it worls perfectly.
I had a file on the player when I first opened from the package and was working fine .

Why I get this messed up image on the player ?

um , lets see here. we don't know what kind of player it is , there are 100's , nor the software name that runs on a comp.
so i can guess its busted , return it
