This isnt exactly a new record, but for me it is...

It all started with a guy i know showing me an Iron maiden cover of Hallowed be thy name, performed by Cradle of Filfth, and it is just plain awesome, so i just wanted to tell you all about this fantastic tribute cd, filled with all kinds of heavy metal bands performing famous Iron Maiden tracks in their own way.

By far most of them are incredibly awesome :p

I've herd the Cradle of Filth version of Hallowed be thy name....sucha smooth reproduction...the dual leads are so smooth and fast.
I'll take a listen to this cd...seems pretty good..

Well, Maiden kick ass alright, but the new album aint all that fancy :\

Btw, theres also a String Quartet Tribute to Maiden if anyone fancy that stuff, i've not completed a sit down listening to it as it seemed just a wee bit too...hmm...too odd and silent.

the solos are inhuman...

Yeah ive heard a few Dragonforce albums, its very much the same in all their tracks, gets boring really fast.

Meh, Dragonforce is not bad i guess, keebords good, guitar OK, but the voice make me want to strangle him...
