I just bought a powerup mp3/mp4 player, I cant find any website that supports up for any possible firmware upgrades or better documentation then what came with it.

What I have been able to find is this

Powerup Gen-4024 2gb
3.5.37 firmware

Just a note, it came with two version of AMV convert tools, 4.0 and 4.03, the 4 supports 1.5 to 1.8 screen size, mine is 1.8 and the 4.03 version supports 1.8 to 2.0 inches.
the V4.00 works fine, but when I use the 4.03 using the same screen size, the images is just wavy lines and the option for 3 different quality levels, high, middle and low doesn't do anything in the file size.

Can anyone shed more information for me.
