we use some thing similar at work... but no coax filter...
I have an APC, works well... just need to get a new battery...

I would say APC are among the best.
Really any other there stuff, just make sure it can protect ever thing that goes into your computer.
As you can see form Ace's pic, that one does COAX, phone and power...
