We have been adopted by a squirrel! The squirrel who we have named Sidney, comes to the side screen door on the deck, and asks for food. He seems to like bread with of course, nuts. A little overly friendly, but we both keep a little distance. The picture below is surprisingly very much like him. He spends much of the day in our pine tree eating pine nuts, and making a mess on the freshly cut grass below. A very neat addition to our group, and he can live in the yard as long as he wishes.

I congrats on your new adoption...we've been taken over by groundhogs eathing my mom's garden...but nothing a little 12 gauge can't fix

My Grandma used to feed a ton of squirrels. She had the fattest and happiest on the block.
