i got the old rockford fosgate pucnch 15's that are only possed be 300 peak power and 50 watts rms a piece.and i have them hooked up to a 1800 watt class d kenwood amp.that pushes 900 watts rms at 2 ohms which i have them on 2 ohms,and they handle the bass like its nothang..so if u run across them subs grab them,there awesome,they hold the watts,u could put a 1000 watts a piece to them and they handle it i have

1800 watt class D is likely mono. So 900 watts RMS @ 2 ohms and subs wired in parallel = ~450 watts RMS per sub. 50 sounds extremely low, even for rockford. Yet Rockford is one company that underrates wattage. Alpine is another, saying 500 watts RMS for the Type X and 1500 peak, yet you can push 900+ to them all day without a problem. Just one thing I dont like about the big boys of stereos: too expensive. Kenwood's okay, alpine is one of the best, Kicker as well, but both are massively overpriced. And Rockford is in-between.
JL is the most expensive of all, but keep in mind you get what you pay for.
