To eliminate the Netscape 7 splash screen, right-click the shortcut you use to open the program and choose Properties. Now, click in the Target entry box and use the arrow keys to move to the end of the current line. Add -nosplash to the end of the line and click OK to close the dialog box. The next time you run Netscape 7, it will open splashless.

I got a better idea, get Phoenix 0.5.... it is the best and fastest mozilla browser dude... with all the bells and whistles.
