j0, so yea i was playin cs at a friends and was like "this is a pretty fun game" so i got steam bought the the game and started playing only thing is its really slow, its odd my comp can play lineage 2 or wOw or EVE with little lag but when i play cs it lags alot i can barly play so yea system specs one sec.... An AMD Sempron 2600+ 1.83 GHz, 1 gb of ram graphics card a Gigabyte radeon 9600 pro. oh and i updated all drivers but still notin...help plz

Odd, even my laptop can play CS Source, albeit not at max graphics (you shouldnt either. turn the gfx, remember this came out when low-end was the GeForce 6200). I would say the best help I can offer is turn the gfx down unless there's somethin else weird going on (like audio-card crackling, like my Audigy 2 that lagged games bad)
