is that santa cruz any better then soundblaster live?

It is better than a Soundblaster Live but I don't remember in what ways other than there are no issues with Via chipsets like the popping and crackling. Maybe someone that knows more about sound can tell you more about it than I can.

Besides the VIA chipset issue, Turtle Beach avoids the 'Creative Labs drivers tend to suck in Windows XP until about the third release' issues.
