looks like my agp card is craping out , any ideas on a $200 or less ati card?

pappy, checked out a few of these sites, and found this list of a few cards that range in price from just over $60 to about a grand! Most informative for me-some of these prices are wild!
I just got the XFX 7600GT for under $130.00 and am satisfied with the performance. Another choice would be an Ati x1650 Pro. Both AGP and still very good cards.

question - i reinstaled the drivers and the strange colored lines went away but now when i use the mouse scroll wheel it goes slow and its like it jumps 6 inches at a time. i had this before but can't rem how i fixed it

no ideas? its like it is going 1 frame at a time in a movie. movies play fine thaugh.
That is the card I picked up, it's about the fastest you can get AGP wise. You can get it cheaper at other places, when they have them in-stock...which is few and far between. Great card, I love it.

Turn off some of the shit that ATI starts with windows. I believe it is called apipatxx. Look for it under msconfig and the start up tab. I think it is the same shit I had happening also. ATI and AGP cards.
