So i have a Sony BX. A few weeks back, a buddies brother and sister threw a party and some how my screen got chipped and now one knows what happened. Amazing! Anyway i want to get a new screen but the cheapest one i can find is in the area of $450-$600. Does anyone know where i can get a cheaper screen?

Sorry, brah. It's a Sony, the one and only. (Good luck finding a cheaper one. Them rascals is expensive.)

Actually, depending on age, it may be better to replace the unit with a new one. t_b noted above the costs of screen replacement. i.e., and from my view, the repair price today almost makes for instant obsolescence!
Then again, you may be able to find a junked Sony laptop with a good screen? Below link gives a current cost idea, unfortunately an expensive one.
