They were replying and answering my questions and then, without warning, they just stopped replying. Like they don't have any idea how to fix it and hope I go away or something.

It was a damn nice card. Except I did the old 'update the drivers to the new version' trick and now I am having nothing but problems. Tried un-installing the drivers and reverting back to the old ones, then the soundcard wouldn't install at all.
Looking to Tech Support now to find out how to manually take everything out of the windows reg and system32 folder to completely erase the SoundCard drivers. They offered me a RMA, but the card works, it is the bunked up new drivers that are causing the problems.
then run a reg cleanup tool , i can send you a good one and reinstall the drivers that came with the card

Coz, perhaps a way to go would be to contact Auzentech Sound Card Warranty, (obvisiously still under warrenty-which means that you can get a replacement if the card proves out to be unsatisfory) and note your problems and concerns there as well-a chance anyway. Would suspect these sellers want to continue to sell cards to others, and possibly would help with the problem, since it is in their best interests. Good luck. Edited 11:20 PM PST

Better Business Bureau regardless if you get the card to work. I'm sure a lot of companies "count" on unsatisfied customers just fading into the woodwork. Zing the bastards good so the people that come after you don't have to put up with this shit.

We've had pretty good results with BBB. Hope you get it squared away.

You are most welcome, M.
Actually I find it kind of ironic that a Canadian (peace, order and good gov't - one out of three ain't bad. ) would have to suggest to an American (life, liberty and the pursuit of free money thru litigation; lol, sorry, happiness) to go to the BBB. Thanks for doing so and setting a good example.
