I take it we're talking PC here. Yes/no? No clue on either score but if you're talking Mac, I can talk to one of my best buddies that has a 24" screen Mac. He is both a PC and Mac guy, but the important part here is that he is a graphic artist. icon_biggrin.gif

well we're kinda talkin both...I could use it on my PC...and when I ship I plan on getting a laptop...so MAC would probably easier to use to media programs...

I'll send my buddy an email right now. Wait one. Okay, email sent to my friend Roy. We'll say how long it takes to get a response. icon_smile.gif

Use Adobe Premier Pro CS3, you'll be more than happy with the outcome.

"If your buddy is running a Mac, he would most benefit from the iLife package from Apple. It has everything he will need for audio and video editing etc. For video there is iMovie...simple to use yet powerful. Lots of features including transitions, audio tracks, special effects, the works! Also in the iLife package is "Garage Band". Make your own music, then add it to your movie. For all the poop go to: http://www.apple.com/ilife/

If he wants to get serious, in a professional program I recommend Final Cut Pro. Large program with a moderate learning curve. I'm not sure if there is a windows version. For Windows, try Adobe Premier....a professional program...it's good to!

All these are too large to email but...

These all can be DL'd form various Torrent sources. My fav is "The Pirate Bay" at (you can do searches for goodies!)"

There ya go, Peap!

i found a site for free video editing software packages, some shareware packages, trial versions of otherwise commercial digital video editing software programs, a little Linux link for those Penguin fans who want to dabble, and the Apple Mac iMovie fans. you can try here:
