Thanks to F@H user Falls from OCAU for the info:

Using EM3, have the following boxes ticked

Create a file called upload.txt using notepad and put it in "(your drive):EM3stats" with following

open (you web page ftp address)
(your username)
(your password)
put currentprogress.html
put box1.jpg
put box2.jpg
quit

you can "put" as many files as you want.

When you put in the web address of your ftp, don't use your username. For example, normally you need to type "ftp.yourprovider.com/name" drop the username off here or it won't connect to teh server. The script uses teh ftp.exe in Windows and it determines the directory to go to when you sign in.

Next, create a file called upload.bat using notepad and put it in "(your drive):EM3stats" with following info

ftp -s:upload.txt

The last step is using a scheduler of your choice, run the batch file however often you want to.

I am using "Windows Scheduler Free Version" from http://www.splinterware.com/
but you can use the inbuilt scheduler in Windows as well icon_smile.gif

Mine is here. As you can see, i have had to drop the speed of my XP2100 for a couple days. With the weather I have been having here, the chip was getting too hot on air cooling icon_cry.gif

Is it supposed to say that in the image? icon_confused.gif

No, in the image teh directory will/should be where you installed EM3. For example, mine is
C:EM3statscurrentprogress.html

If you are not seeing that screen in EM3 options you will need to get a newer version icon_smile.gif

Of course this is designed for people with "always-on" connections, be it broadband, isdn or dial-up whore-ism icon_lol.gif
