I actually know this guy (ok, Been in a Waterrockets yahoo group/email list ) with him for years.
While the current goal is a little nuts, if anyone can do it , he can.
very dedicated, very smart, and will to spend the rest of his retirement working on it.
He sounds pretty sharp. I read the info and he is no slouch.
